A three days workshop on Action Research was conducted from 27th Aug to 29 August at DIET Bargarh where 16 nos. of teachers were the participants as researcher. Assistant Professor from Sambalpur University Dr.Shraban Kumar Bag, Dr.Sudhir Kumar Sahu and Mr.Venkateswar Meher(Lecturer in Education, Anchal College Padampur) attended the workshop as Resource person and orient the young Researchers on different dimension of Action Research. All participants finalised their Research proposals and submitted the synopsis for approval by the District Research and Innovation Committee.
